The Program
In this implementation program the Certified Facilitators in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method will experience a workshop that helps organizations in using the “5 Bold Steps Vision® Canvas” (canvas designed by David Sibbet, of the Grove International).
This canvas will help the Company in co-design the vision as well as the five milestones to achieve that vision.
Additionally, using this tool, the Company team (your client, as a Facilitator) will be able to clarify what supports the vision and what challenges the vision.
This tool will also help the team derive the pillars of the Company Vision.
After this training:
The Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method will be able to design and deliver workshops to help organizations in defining the Company Vision and related key factors.
Target group or Requirements
To access this training you must have the certification in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method by the Association of Master Trainer in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
Facilitators should have 1-2 years of experience with AT1, AT2 and AT3.
Language
The training will be delivered in English or in Italian [Manual in English]

This peer-2-peer development session will be lead by Daniele Radici, Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method with strong experience in integration between LSP and Business Design tools.
