Lesson 3: The Tudors

Perhaps one of the most iconic moments in English history, today we explore the lives and reigns of 3 important monarchs: Henry VIII and his 2 daughters Mary I and Elizabeth I. We learn about the impact of religion, the flourishing of a new kind of government and rulership and of course, Shakespeare.

Course Description

This course will have 4 45 minutes lectures dedicated to understanding the world of Baroque art through some of the greatest artist of the time period.
1 – Prehistory and Antiquity
2 – The Middle Ages
3 – The Tudors
4 – Legacy
