On September 25th, Fondazione UNIMI will host Innovazioni nel monitoraggio e nella bonifica ambientale, part of the European Biotech Week 2024. Key focus of the day, advancing environmental protection with innovative technologies for early detection and remediation, featuring three industry players: Moresense, M3R and IT2E.
Moresense will present a new generation of sensors for early warning in biological surveillance. Moresense has developed and patented advanced sensor systems in optoelectronic and electronic sensing for the early detection of pathogens and contaminants in the environment.
The startup M3R will present Nature-based Solutions (NbS) for climate and ecological resilience. M3R is in the forefront of promoting NbS for the remediation of contaminated sites providing cutting-edge and genome-based technologies services.
Isotope Tracer Technologies Europe (IT2E) is a state-of-the-art facility that performs a variety of isotopic analyses utilized in a wide range of disciplines, including the environmental and biological fields. IT2E will explain how analyses of stable isotopes are complementary to the activities of M3R.
At the end of the day, a guided tour of the incubator will be available for interested attendees.
