Italian Burning Experience 2025

Surrounded by mountains and lush nature, the Italian Burning Experience offers a high vibe spot to explore, connect with nature, and share classic italian aperitivo with old and new Burner friends! Together we’ll prepare and enjoy sinfully delicious Italian food, create and immerse ourselves in inspiring art and activities, and dance dance dance to beautiful beats until sunrise.

The Burning Man Principles guide our community and event. Participation and collective commitment is key. You are encouraged to contribute with your music, talents, skills, art, workshops… and of course shifts! Your presence and participation are gifts to the community.

This is a family friendly event, and we welcome little burners with safe dedicated spaces, co-created activities, reserved meals and guaranteeing an accommodation inside the building for families (limited number.Kids must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult for 1 kid), the event is free for children up to 10 years old. You need to buy a combo adult+kid entire ticket to guarantee access to you and 1 kid.From 11+ yo they pay the full fee as grown ups and we cannot guarantee a bedspace inside. Please write to us if you need more info or if you want to check availability.

For the 2025 edition of Italian Burning Experience there are 4 different kind of tickets

1) Adult+Kid: this ticket grants access to one paying adult + 1 kid up to 10yo for free. If you have more than one kid you need to have another adult buy a combo ticket. These tickets include accommodation provided inside the building (single/shared rooms inside the rural house with one bathroom reserved to families with kids). There is a limited number of rooms/spaces, so if you don’t see any tickets on sale you can write to us to verify availability.

2) Adult with accommodation: these tickets apply for people from 11+ yo, and guarantee an accomodation (either inside the building or in communal tents. In both cases you need to bring your own sleeping bag, for tents also a camping mattress is suggested).

3) Adult with their own tent/RV: there is plenty of space outside the main building, with easy access to bathroom and all the facilities, to find the perfect spot for your own tent/rv, in the trees shade.

4) Low Income: Inclusion is one of the 10 Burning Man Principles that guide our event, so we do offer Low Income tickets. We request you to fill in this form (https://forms.gle/S7sjWXyJ4miRzi7b9)  to apply for a Low Income Ticket: please answer to all questions as clearly and completely as possible.
Deadline for LITs requests is 30th of March. In the following days we will write you with a nominal code that you can redeem on eventbrite in the dedicated section. The number is limited, so apply for one only if you can’t attend otherwise!

Tickets include:

• 3 meals a day. Breakfast, light lunch, dinner. Our Culinary Team uses high quality and local produce only. You're in Italy, which means food is a top priority - it's guaranteed you will not be hungry. Meals also include beverages such as beer and local wine. Drinking water is free. During nights our Mixologist will treat you with classic and original cocktails.
• 4 nights/5 days of accommodation in a beautiful Tuscan country house or the surrounding private lands (depends on ticket selected). Our cosy rooms are equipped with bunk beds and host between 8-20 people, with access to shared bathrooms and showers. Families are welcome and will have separate room, private or to share with other families, and a dedicated bathroom (different fees apply, see above)
• a large open space, close to the main building and all the facilities is also available for those who prefer to join us with a tent or an RV
• Workshops, Music & DJ sets, Performances, and all that good stuff we co-create together. The experience depends on the co-creators, which are all of us!
• Local taxes, utilities

Tickets do not include:

• Fees required by ticketing platform
• Travel costs to/from the location
• special diet requirements (a vegetarian option is provided in all meals)

What else do I need to know?

• A Survival Guide will be available on the Events Page, and the guide covers all you need to know
• Drinking water is available on site, there's no need to bring your own. But please remember to BYOC (bring your own cup)
• Food is a big deal in Italy, and all meals are provided so there's no need to bring your own - unless you have very specific needs / diet requirements
• Bring your own bed linen and towels or a sleeping bag - Self Reliance Principle
• if you are assigned a place in the communal tent, a light camping mattress is suggested
• Each participant is required to sign up for at least 1 shift during the event. You can do so before the event (please check the Events Page on Facebook), or be assigned a shift upon arrival. Please once you signed up for a shift make sure you will be there to help the co-creation and overall smooth organization of the event.
