A moment to ground, to feel part of something vast yet intimately familiar.Then, we move with that energy into a soft, playful yoga session at Energy for Life - a practice to soften, release, and restore. Breath weaving through body like wind through branches, stretching open like dandelions to the sun.Finally, we gather.
